Sa’dan Ibn Muslim reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said:“There is no problem in forming a partnership with a virgin female person without the permission of her guardian if she is pleased.” [Fiqh-us-Sadiq of Ar-Ruhani, Volume 21, page 56]

وخبر سعدان بن مسلم عن الإمام الصادق عليه السلام: لا بأس بتزويج البكر إذا رضيت بغير إذن وليها

Zurarah reported that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: “The formation of a partnership with a woman, who is in possession of herself and is not mentally restricted and subordinate to any master, is permitted without a guardian.“ [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 5 Page 391 Hadith 1]

علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن عمر بن أذينة، عن الفضيل ابن يسار، ومحمد بن مسلم، وزرارة بن أعين، وبريد بن معاوية، عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال: المرأة التي قد ملكت نفسها غير السفيهة ولا المولي عليها إن تزويجها بغير ولي جائز

Zurarah reported that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said, “When the woman is in charge of her affairs: she sells and buys, dismisses and testifies, and gives what she wants of her possessions.” Then she is allowed to do whatever she wants without her guardians permission, but if she does not, then her partnership is not allowed except with her guardians permission.” [Tahdhib-ul-Ahkam by At-Tusi, Volume 7, page 378 Hadith 6]

علي بن إسماعيل الميثمي عن فضالة بن أيوب عن موسى ابن بكر عن زرارة عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال: إذا كانت المرأة مالكة أمرها تبيع وتشتري وتعتق وتشهد وتعطي من مالها ما شاءت فان أمرها جائز تزوج ان شاءت بغير اذن وليها، وان لم يكن كذلك فلا يجوز تزويجها إلا بأمر وليها
