Al-Hakam Ibn Miskin reported that Ubaid Ibn Zurarah said: “We had an old neighbour who had a beautiful maid for whom he spent 30,000 pieces of silver, but he did not get what he wanted from her and she said: “Put your hand so between the lips of my intimate area, for I enjoy it.” But he did not like to do it, so he said to Zurarah: “Ask Abu Abdillah As-Sadiq (a.) about it!” Then he questioned him and he said: ” There is no problem that he seeks help in her particular case with all of his body, but he should not seek help in her particular case except with his body.”[Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, volume 5 page 300 Hadith 1]

عدة من أصحابنا عن أحمد بن محمد بن خالد عن محمد بن علي عن الحكم بن مسكين عن عبيد بن زرارة قال: كان لنا جار شيخ له جارية فارهة قد أعطى بها ثلاثين ألف درهم فكان لا يبلغ منها ما يريد وكانت تقول: اجعل يدك كذا بين شفري فإني أجد لذلك لذة وكان يكره أن يفعل ذلك فقال لزرارة: اسأل أبا عبد الله عليه السلام عن هذا فسأله فقال: لا بأس أن يستعين بكل شئ من جسده عليها ولكن لا يستعين بغير جسده عليها

Muhammad Baqir Al-Majlisi writes: “With his statement: “He did not acquire from her.” Meaning: “He is not able to perform intercourse with her.” The lip (shufr) with the vowel Dammah is a part of the genital area and the judgment is in agreement with the principles of the companions.” [Mir’at-ul-Uqul, vol. 20 page 305]

قال محمد باقر المجلسي: قوله لا يبلغ منها أي لا يقدر على مجامعتها والشفر بالضم طرف الفرج والحكم مطابق لأصول الأصحاب
