Do not listen to him in a way that he does not know. Do not deliver him to any difficulty and do not envy him a gift. You overlook his offensiveness and forgive his wrongdoing. Do not lose your temper with him if he shows himself ignorant towards you. Do not cease to be peaceful towards him.
