Imam Sadiq (s.a.a.w.s.) said about the verse{And the poets – the stray ones follow them [26:224]} “Whom of the poets have you seen that are followed? By this he only meant those who are understanding (Fuqaha), who create in people’s hearts a feeling for what is wrong. So these are the poets whom one follows (Taqlid).”

 شَرَفُ الدِّينِ النَّجَفِيُّ:عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُمْهُورٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ،يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ(عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ) ،فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ: وَ الشُّعَرٰاءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ الْغٰاوُونَ ،فَقَالَ:«مَنْ رَأَيْتُمْ مِنَ الشُّعَرَاءِ يُتَّبَعُ؟إِنَّمَا عَنَى هَؤُلاَءِ الْفُقَهَاءَ الَّذِينَ يُشْعِرُونَ قُلُوبَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ،فَهُمُ الشُّعَرَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُتَّبَعُونَ».
