What is the judgment on those who do not believe in the Qur’an?

Answer:

Ahmad Ibn Ali reported that Imam Al-Hadi (a.) said: “Whoever attributed injustice to his Lord denied His Book and whoever denied His Book has attached himself with the community of disbelief (kufr) by consensus.” [Al-Ihtijaj of Abu Mansur At-Tabarsi, Volume 2 Page 253]

عن أحمد بن علي عن الإمام علي الهادي عليه السلام قال: ومن ظلم ربه فقد كذب كتابه ومن كذب كتابه لزمه الكفر بإجماع الأمة

Abdullah Ibn Al-Mughirah reported that Imam Al-Kazim (a.) said: “Whoever denied a verse of the Book of God threw Islam behind his back and denied the entire Qur’an, the prophets and the messengers.” [Wasa’il-ush-Shi’ah of Al-Hurr Al-Amili, Volume 16 Pages 256 – 257]

عن عبد الله بن المغيرة عن الإمام موسى الكاظم عليه السلام قال: من كذب بآية من كتاب الله فقد نبذ الاسلام وراء ظهره وهو المكذب بجميع القرآن والأنبياء والمرسلين
