Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: “If you find nothing but the stable of the sheep and pasture of the camels, then pray in the stable of the sheep, but do not pray in the pasture of the camels, because they were created from Satan.” Muhammad Nasir-ud-Din Al-Albani writes: “Authentic (Sahih).” Abdullah Al-Muzani reported that the Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: “Pray in the fold of the sheep, but do not pray in the pasture of the camels, because they were created from Satan.” Muhammad Nasir-ud-Din Al-Albani writes: “Authentic (Sahih).” [Sahih Ibn Majah, Volume 1 page 236]

عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إن لم تجدوا إلا مرابض الغنم وأعطان الإبل فصلوا في مرابض الغنم ولا تصلوا في أعطان الإبل فإنها خلقت من الشياطين. قال محمد ناصر الدين الألباني: صحيح. وعن عبد الله بن مغفل المزني قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: صلوا في مرابض الغنم ولا تصلوا في أعطان الإبل فإنه خلقت من الشياطين. قال محمد ناصر الدين الألباني: صحيح

 

Abdullah Al-Muzani reported that the Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: “Do not pray in the camels’ grazing grounds, because they were created from the hidden (jinn), do you not see their eyes and dust whirled up when they are chased away? Pray in the fold of the sheep, for it is nearest to mercy.” Shu’aib Al-Arna’ut writes: “The chain of delivery of this is good (Hasan).” [Al-Musnad of Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, Volume 34 page 174 Hadith 20557]

حدثنا يعقوب، حدثنا أبي، عن ابن إسحاق، حدثنا عبيد الله بن طلحة بن عبيد الله بن كريز الخزاعي، عن الحسن بن أبي الحسن البصري، عن عبد الله بن مغفل المزني، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: لا تصلوا في عطن الإبل، فإنها من الجن خلقت، ألا ترون عيونها وهبابها إذا نفرت، وصلوا في مراح الغنم، فإنها هي أقرب من الرحمة. قال الشيخ شعيب الأرنؤوط: إسناده حسن

Ahmad Ibn Taymiyyah writes: “The Prophet Muhammad (s.) pointed out that the camels are from Satan. What he means by that – God knows best – is that they belong to the kind and species of Satan.” [Sharh-ul-Umdah Fi Al-Fiqh, Volume 1 Page 331]

قال أحمد بن تيمية: أنه قد أشار صلى الله عليه وسلم في الإبل إلى أنها من الشياطين يريد والله أعلم أنها من جنس الشياطين ونوعهم
