Sallam Ibn Al-Mustanir reported that Abu Ja’far Al-Baqir (a.) said: “God created the paradise before fire and obedience before disobedience and mercy before anger and good before evil and earth before heaven and life before death and sun before moon and light before darkness.” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 8 Page 145 Hadith 116]

ابن محبوب، عن أبي جعفر الأحول، عن سلام بن المستنير، عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال: إن الله عز وجل خلق الجنة قبل أن يخلق النار وخلق الطاعة قبل أن يخلق المعصية وخلق الرحمة قبل الغضب وخلق الخير قبل الشر وخلق الأرض قبل السماء وخلق الحياة قبل الموت وخلق الشمس قبل القمر وخلق النور قبل الظلمة
