Ali Al Muhsin writes:

ثم إن الجزائري قد ذكر أمورا زعم أنها لوازم للاعتقاد بأن أهل البيت سلام الله عليهم هم الذين جمعوا ألفاظ القرآن كله دون غيرهم

“On this, Al-Jaza’iri mentioned things that he claimed to bind to the belief that the people of the house (a.) are those who collected the texts of the complete Qur’an, no one but them.” [Kashf-ul-Haqa’iq, page 49]

بل حتى لو قلنا إن القرآن الكريم لم يجمعه أحد من هذه الأمة كما أنزل إلا أئمة أهل البيت سلام الله عليهم فإن هذا القول لا ينافي الآية المباركة لأن المحصل حينئذ أن الله سبحانه حفظ الذكر بأئمة الحق سلام الله عليهم

“Even if we were to say that not a single one of this nation collected the Qur’an as it was sent down, except the imams of the people of the house (a.), this statement would not contradict the blessed verse (15:9), because then it would result from the fact that God kept the reminder through the legitimate imams (a.).” [Kashf-ul-Haqa’iq, page 52]

The scholar himself does not believe in the incompleteness of the current Qur’an.
