Ali As-Sistani writes:

وتحل النعامة والطاووس أيضا

“The ostrich and the peacock are equally permitted.” [Al-Masa’il-ul-Muntakhabah, page 437]

وتحل النعامة والطاووس على الأقوى

“The ostrich and the peacock are allowed according to the strongest opinion.” [Minhaj-us-Salihin, Volume 3, Page 293]

Comment:

Contrary to this, the imams (a.) declare the peacock to be prohibited [Here!]
