Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Ibn Umarah reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a. ) said: “The believer (Mu’min) is an Alawite because he ascended in knowledge (Ma’rifah), the believer is Hashimite because he smashed the misguidance, the believer is Quraishite because he acknowledged what is taken from us, the believer is Ayamitic because the gates to evil are not accessible to him, the believer (Mu’min) is Arabic because his prophet (s. ) is Arabic and his revealed scripture is in clear Arabic, the believer is Nabataean because he developed the knowledge, the believer is Muhajiritic because he avoided the evil deeds, the believer is Ansaritic because he has not seen His Messenger and the people of the house of the Messenger of God (s. ) and the believer is mujahidite because he struggles in the turn (Dawlah) in favour of falsehood against the enemies of God through caution (Taqiyyah) and in the turn in favour of truth through the sword.” [Al-Ilal of As-Saduq, Volume 2, Page 467]

أحمد بن الحسن عن الحسن بن علي عن محمد بن زكريا عن جعفر بن محمد عن محمد بن محمد بن عمارة عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: المؤمن علوي لأنه علا في المعرفة، والمؤمن هاشمي لأنه هشم الضلالة، والمؤمن قرشي لأنه أقر بالشيء المأخوذ عنا، والمؤمن عجمي لأنه استعجم عليه أبواب الشر، والمؤمن عربي لان نبيه صلى الله عليه وآله عربي وكتابه المنزل بلسان عربي مبين، والمؤمن نبطي لأنه استنبط العلم، والمؤمن مهاجري لأنه هجر السيئات، والمؤمن أنصاري لأنه نصر رسوله وأهل بيت رسول الله، والمؤمن مجاهد لأنه يجاهد أعداء الله تعالى في دولة الباطل بالتقية وفي دولة الحق بالسيف

Ishaq Ibn Ammar or another reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “We are children of Hashim, our followers (Shi’ah) are Arab and the rest of the people are Bedouin.” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 8, Page 166, Hadith 183]

سهل بن زياد عن يحيى بن المبارك، عن عبد الله بن جبلة، عن إسحاق بن عمار أو غيره عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: نحن بنو هاشم وشيعتنا العرب وسائر الناس الاعراب

Mufaddal Ibn Umar reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “Be understanding (Faqih) with regard to the religion of God and do not be a Bedouin. Those who do not understand (Faqih) the religion of God, on the Day of Resurrection, God will neither look at them nor declare any of his actions to be pure.” [Al-Mahasin of Al-Barqi, Volume 1, Page 228, Hadith 162]

في وصية المفضل بن عمر قال: سمعت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام يقول: تفقهوا في دين الله ولا تكونوا أعرابا، فإنه من لم يتفقه في دين الله لم ينظر الله إليه يوم القيامة ولم يزك له عملا

Dawud Ibn Farqad reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “You are the most understanding (Faqih) of people when you have realized the meaning of our saying (Hadith). One word may have different aspects. If a person wants, then he formulates his Words as he wants without lying.” [Al-Fusul of Al-Amili, Volume 1, Page 573, Hadith 2]

داود بن فرقد عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: أنتم أفقه الناس إذا عرفتم معاني كلامنا، إن الكلمة لتنصرف على وجوه فلو شاء إنسان لصرف كلامه كيف شاء ولا يكذب
