Ali Ibn Suwaid reported that Imam Al-Kazim (a.) said: “You asked me about the two men (Abu Bakr and Umar). Both took away the possessions of a man, which he gave to the poor and needy and travelers on the path of God. When they had both snatched it from him, they were not satisfied with their dispossession until they forced him to carry it to their homes and they continued the matter until they had squandered it in the highest degree. How much have they thereby increased in disbelief? By my life, both of them had fallen into hypocrisy before, and they were rejecting the Word of God and mocking His Messenger (s). Both are disbelievers, God, the angels and every man curses them! By God, nothing of the faith penetrated into their hearts. They were deceivers, doubters and hypocrites till they removed the angels of punishment into the place of disgrace, in the dwelling place of their stay.” Muhammad Baqir Al-Majlisi writes: “Strongly authentic (Sahih).” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, volume 8, page 125, hadith 95; Mir’at-ul-Uqul of Al-Majlisi, volume 25, page 295]

عدة من أصحابنا، عن سهل بن زياد، عن إسماعيل بن مهران، عن محمد بن منصور الخزاعي، عن علي بن سويد، ومحمد بن يحيى، عن محمد بن الحسين عن محمد بن إسماعيل بن بزيع، عن عمه حمزة بن بزيع، عن علي بن سويد، والحسن بن محمد، عن محمد بن أحمد النهدي، عن إسماعيل بن مهران، عن محمد بن منصور، عن علي بن سويد قال: قال الإمام موسى الكاظم عليه السلام: وسألت عن رجلين اغتصبا رجلا مالا كان ينفقه على الفقراء والمساكين وأبناء السبيل وفي سبيل الله فلما اغتصباه ذلك لم يرضيا حيث غصباه حتى حملاه إياه كرها فوق رقبته إلى منازلهما فلما أحرزاه توليا إنفاقه أيبلغان بذلك كفرا؟ فلعمري لقد نافقا قبل ذلك وردا على الله عز وجل كلامه وهزئا برسوله صلى الله عليه وآله وهما الكافران عليهما لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين والله ما دخل قلب أحد منهما شئ من الايمان منذ خروجهما من حالتيها وما ازدادا إلا شكا، كانا خداعين، مرتابين، منافقين حتى توفتهما ملائكة العذاب إلى محل الخزي في دار المقام. قال شيخ الإسلام المجسي رضي الله عنه: في قوة الصحيح

Abu Mitham Ibn Abi Yahya reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “No child is born except that a devil of the devils is present. Now if God knew that it was one of our followers, He protected him from that Satan, and if it was not one of our followers, Satan inserted his index finger into his buttocks, whereupon he became someone who is attended (by men), and if it is a woman, Satan inserted (him) into her pubic area, whereupon she becomes an fornicator. Therefore, the child cries very much when it leaves its mother’s womb and God erases after it what He wants and allows to exist and with Him is the Mother of Scripture).” (13:39) [Al-Bihar of Al-Majlisi, volume 4, page 121, hadith 64].

عن أبي ميثم بن أبي يحيى عن جعفر بن محمد عليه السلام قال: ما من مولود يولد إلا وإبليس من الأبالسة بحضرته، فان علم الله أنه من شيعتنا حجبه من ذلك الشيطان، وإن لم يكن من شيعتنا أثبت الشيطان إصبعه السبابة في دبره فكان مأبونا فإن كان امرأة أثبت في فرجها فكانت فاجرة فعند ذلك يبكي الصبي بكاءا شديدا إذا هو خرج من بطن أمه، والله بعد ذلك يمحو ما يشاء ويثبت وعنده أم الكتاب

Muhammad Ibn Isma’il reported that a man came to Imam As-Sadiq (a.) and said: “Peace be upon you, O Commander of the Believers!” Then he stood up and said: “What is this? No one is entitled to this name except the Commander of the Believers (a.). God gave him this name. No one is called by that name beside him, such that he agrees, except a man who is attended (by other men) and if he was not troubled by it, he was haunted by it. This is the Word of God in His Scripture: “Instead of Allah, they only invoke female gods and they actually invoke none but a rebellious Satan” (4:117) I said: “How is your Riser (Qa’im) named as?” He said: “Peace be with you, O remnant of God, peace be with you, O son of the Messenger of God!” [Al-Wasa’il by Al-Amili, Volume 10, Pages 469 – 470]

محمد بن معسود العياشي في تفسيره عن محمد بن إسماعيل الرازي، عن رجل سماه، عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام قال: دخل رجل على أبي عبد الله عليه السلام فقال: السلام عليك يا أمير المؤمنين، فقام على قدميه فقال: مه هذا اسم لا يصلح إلا لأمير المؤمنين، سماه الله به، ولم يسم به أحد غيره فرضى به إلا كان منكوحا، وإن لم يكن ابتلى به ابتلى به وهو قول الله في كتابه: ان يدعون من دونه إلا إناثا وإن يدعون إلا شيطانا مريدا قال: قلت: فماذا يدعى به قائمكم قال: السلام عليك يا بقية الله، السلام عليك يا بن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله

Hassan Al-Kufi reported that people said to Umar during his reign: “O successor of the successor of the Messenger of God!” Umar replied: “This is a matter that is lengthy. Every time a successor comes, people say: “O successor of the successor of the successor of the Messenger of God!” Much rather you are the believers and I am your commander. So call me commander of the believers!” [Al-Yaqin of Ibn Tawus, page 29, hadith 1]

بالإسناد عن حسان الكوفي، قال: لما ولي عمر قيل: يا خليفة خليفة رسول الله. فقال عمر: هذا أمر يطول، كل ما جاء خليفة قالوا: يا خليفة خليفة خليفة رسول الله. بل أنتم المؤمنون وأنا أميركم، فسمي أمير المؤمنين

Ibrahim Ibn Muhajir reported that Abu Bakr Ibn Hafs said: “Aishah spoke to a transsexual man who was in Medina and who was called Anah: “Will you not describe to us the woman who is engaged to Abd-ur-Rahman, son of Abu Bakr?” He said: “Yes.” So he described the woman: “In the front she has four rolls of bacon and in the back she has eight rolls of bacon.” When the messenger of God (s.) heard of this, he said: “O Anah, leave Medina and go to Hamra’ Al-Aswad. there shall be your home!” [Fath-ul-Bari by Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, Volume 1, Page 247]

من طريق إبراهيم بن مهاجر عن أبي بكر بن حفص أن عائشة قالت لمخنث كان بالمدينة يقال له أنة بفتح الهمزة وتشديد النون: ألا تدلنا على امرأة نخطبها على عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر قال: بلى, فوصف امرأة تقبل بأربع وتدبر بثمان, فسمعه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: يا أنة اخرج من المدينة إلى حمراء الأسد وليكن بها منزلك

Ikrimah reported that Abdullah Ibn Abbas said: “The Messenger of God (s.) cursed the feminine from the men and the masculine from the women and said: “Throw them out of your houses!” The Prophet (s.) threw out so and so and Umar threw out so and so.” [Sahih-ul-Bukhari, Hadith 5547]

حدثنا معاذ بن فضالة حدثنا هشام عن يحيى عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال لعن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم المخنثين من الرجال والمترجلات من النساء وقال أخرجوهم من بيوتكم قال فأخرج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فلانا وأخرج عمر فلانا

Muhammad Ibn Sirin reported that Umar Ibnu l-Khattab said: “Nothing remained of habits from the time of ignorance except that I do not care which of the people I attend and which of the people attends me.” [At-Tabaqat-ul-Kubra by Ibn Sa’d, Volume 3, Page 269, Hadith 3714]

قال: أخبرنا قال: أخبرنا إسحاق بن يوسف الأزرق، ومحمد بن عبد الله الأنصاري، وهوذة بن خليفة، قالوا: أخبرنا ابن عون، عن محمد بن سيرين، قال: قال عمر بن الخطاب: ما بقي في شيء من أمر الجاهلية إلا أني لست أبالي إلى أي الناس نكحت، وأيهم أنكحت

Abu Hurairah and Abdullah Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: “Whoever attends the buttocks of a woman or a man or a child will rise on the last day with an unpleasant odor of a decaying body.” [Al-Matalib-ul-Aliyah by Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, Hadith 1661]
