Mufaddal Ibn Umar reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “I inform you that the one who has recognized, will obey. For when he recognized, he prayed and fasted, made the small and large pilgrimage, glorified the sanctuaries of God completely, acted with complete goodness and all noble traits and kept away from their bad ones.” [Al-Burhan of Al-Bahrani, Volume 1, Page 64, Hadith 3]

سعد بن عبد الله عن القاسم بن الربيع الوراق ومحمد بن الحسين بن أبي الخطاب عن محمد بن سنان عن مياح المدائني عن المفضل بن عمر عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: أخبرك أنه من عرف أطاع فإذا عرف صلى وصام وحج واعتمر وعظم حرمات الله كلها ولم يدع منها شيئا وعمل بالبر كله ومكارم الأخلاق كلها واجنتنب سيئها

Jabir Ibn Yazid reported that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: “The Messenger of God (s.) called the people in Mina and said: “O people, I leave behind for you two weighty things. As long as you hold on to both, you will not go astray: The scripture of God and my lineage, the people of my house, for they will not separate until they come to me at the pool.” Then he said three times: “O people, I leave behind for you the sanctuaries: the scripture of God, my lineage and the Ka’bah, the Holy House.” Then Abu Ja’far (Al-Baqir) said: “As for the scripture, they falsified it, as for the Ka’bah, they tore it down, and as for the lineage, they murdered them and every property left by God, they rejected it and distanced themselves from it.” [Al-Burhan of Al-Bahrani, Volume 1, Page 24, Hadith 1]

سعد بن عبد الله عن القاسم بن محمد الإصفهاني عن سليمان بن داود المنقري الشاذكوني عن يحيى بن آدم عن شريك بن عبد الله عن جابر بن يزيد الجعفي عن محمد بن علي الباقر عليهما السلام قال: ‏دعا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله الناس بمنى فقال أيها الناس إني تارك فيكم الثقلين ما إن تمسكتم بهما لن تضلوا كتاب الله وعترتي أهل بيتي فإنهما لن يتفرقا حتى يردا علي الحوض ثم قال أيها الناس إني تارك فيكم حرمات ثلاثا كتاب الله عز وجل وعترتي والكعبة البيت الحرام ثم قال أبو جعفر عليه السلام: أما الكتاب فحرفوا وأما الكعبة فهدموا وأما العترة فقتلوا وكل ودائع الله نبذوا ومنها فقد تبرؤوا

Jabir Ibn Abdillah reported that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: “Three will arrive on the Day of Resurrection, bringing the complaint: The Codex (Mus’haf), the mosque and the lineage. The Codex will say: “Lord, they falsified and ripped me to pieces.” The mosque will say: “Lord, they neglected and wasted me.” The lineage will say: “Lord, they murdered, disowned and chased us away.” Then I will get down on my knees for the trial, whereupon God will say: “I have more right on this than you do.” [Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, volume 5, page 202, hadith 6330]

محمد بن علي بن الحسين بن موسى بن بابويه عن محمد بن عمر الحافظ البغدادي بالجعابي عن عبد الله بن بشر عن الحسن بن الزبرقان المرادي عن أبي بكر بن عياش عن يحيى بن عبد الله الأجلح عن أبي الزبير عن جابر بن عبد الله الأنصاري عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: يجيء يوم القيامة ثلاثة يشكون المصحف والمسجد والعترة يقول المصحف يا رب حرفوني ومزقوني ويقول المسجد يا رب عطلوني وضيعوني ويقول العترة يا رب قتلونا وطردونا وشردونا فأجثو للركبتين في الخصومة فيقول الله عز وجل لي أنا أولى بذلك منك

Muhammad Ibn Ziyad reported that Abdullah Ibn Sinan said: “One read the verse near Abu Abdillah (As-Sadiq): “You are the best nation that has been produced for the people.” (3:110) Then Abu Abdillah (a.) said: “The best nation murdered the commander of the believers and Hasan and Husain, the sons of Ali (a.)?” Then the reader said: “May my life be sacrificed to you. How was it revealed?” He said: “It was revealed: “You were the best leaders that were brought forth for the people.” Do you not see the praise of God to them: “You command what is good, forbid what is evil, and believe in God?” [Al-Burhan of Al-Bahrani, Volume 2, Page 92, Hadith 1]

علي بن إبراهيم عن إبراهيم بن هاشم عن محمد بن زياد بن عيسى عن عبد الله بن سنان قال: قرئت عند أبي عبد الله عليه السلام كنتم خير أمة أخرجت للناس الآية فقال أبو عبد الله عليه السلام خير أمة يقتلون أمير المؤمنين والحسن والحسين ابني علي صلى الله عليهم فقال القارئ جعلت فداك كيف نزلت قال نزلت كنتم خير أئمة أخرجت للناس ألا ترى مدح الله لهم تأمرون بالمعروف وتنهون عن المنكر وتؤمنون بالله
