Nu’man Ibn Muhammad reported about Prophet Muhammad (s): “A lizard was brought to him. Then he did not eat it and declared it unclean.” And of Ali (a.): “He forbade the lizard, the hedgehog, and the others from the small animals of the earth like the lizard and others.” [Al-Bihar of Al-Majlisi, Volume 62, Page 185, Hadith 35 + 36]

ﺍﻟﻨﻌﻤﺎﻥ ﺑﻦ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺑﻦ ﻣﻨﺼﻮﺭ عن النبي صلىى الله عليه وآله أنه: أوتي بضب فلم يأكل منه وقذره وعن علي عليه السلام أنه نهى عن الضب والقنفذ وغيره من حرشة الأرض كالضب وغيره

Ubaidullah Ibn Ali reported Imam As-Sadiq (a.): “I asked him about eating the lizard. He said: The lizard, the mouse, the monkeys and the pigs are deformed.” And Sama’ah Ibn Mihran reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “God and His Messenger declared all deformed ones forbidden (Haram).” [Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, Vol. 24, page 104 – 105, Hadith 1 + 3]

محمد بن يعقوب عن علي بن إبراهيم عن إبراهيم بن هاشم عن محمد بن زياد بن عيسى عن حماد بن عثمان عن عبيد الله بن علي عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: سألته عن أكل الضب فقال: ان الضب والفارة والقردة والخنازير مسوخ ومحمد بن يعقوب عن علي بن إبراهيم عن إبراهيم بن هاشم عن الحسن بن محبوب عن سماعة بن مهران عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: وحرم الله ورسوله المسوخ جميعا

Rajab ibn Muhammad reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “Our enemies are the deformed of this nation.” [Mashariq-ul-Anwar of Al-Bursi, page 308]

رجب بن محمد عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليه السلام قال: أعداؤنا مسوخ هذه الأمة

Ibrahim ibn Ali reported that Prophet Muhammad (s) said: “God created from the hidden ones (Jinn) five kinds: one kind is snakes, one kind is scorpions, one kind is the small animals of the earth, one kind is like the wind in the air and one kind is like the children of Adam. For them is reckoning and punishment.” [Al-Bihar of Al-Majlisi, Volume 87, Page 224, Hadith 41]

إبراهيم بن علي بن حسن عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: خلق الله الجن خمسة أصناف صنف حيات وصنف عقارب وصنف حشرات الأرض وصنف كالريح في الهواء وصنف كبني آدم عليه الحساب والعقاب
