“Do not incline to those, who did injustice, whereupon the fire will touch you and you have no one close to you, except for God. Hereupon you will not be helped.” [Hud 11:113]

Sahl ibn Ziyad reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said about the verse: ﴾Do not incline towards those, who did injustice, whereupon the Fire will touch you.﴿ (11:113): “It is about someone who comes to the ruler. So preserving him is dear at his heart until he puts his hand in his pouch and gives to him.” [Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, Volume 17, Page 185, Hadith 1]

It was reported to Uthman Ibn Isa that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said about the verse: ﴾Do not incline towards those, who did injustice, whereupon the Fire will touch you.﴿ (11:113): “He did not make it for eternity, but the Fire will touch you. Therefore do not incline towards them.” [At-Tafsir of Al-Ayyashi, Volume 2, page 161, Hadith 72]

Sulaiman Al-Ja’fari reported that he asked Imam Ar-Rida (a.): “What do you say about the activities of the ruler?” He said: “O Sulaiman, associating with their activities, supporting them and striving to fulfil their needs is equal to disbelief and deliberately looking up to them is among the great (sins) for which one deserves the Fire.” [Al-Mustadrak of An-Nuri, Vol. 11, page 456, Hadith 4]

Fudail ibn Iyad reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “Whoever had at his heart to preserve, those who did injustice, then he had at his heart, to disobey God. When those, who did injustice, were destroyed, God praised Himself and said: ﴾So the people who did injustice, were destroyed and praise be to God, the Lord of the Worlds.﴿” (6:45) [Al-Hada’iq of Al-Bahrani, Volume 18, Page 121]
