Abdullah ibn Sinan reported from Imam As-Sadiq (a.):“To His word: ﴾We have imposed on Adam the words about Muhammad, Ali, Fatimah, Hasan, Husain and the leaders of their descendants. So he forgot.﴿ (20:115) By God, this is how it was revealed to Muhammad (s.).” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Vol. 1, page 416, Hadith 23]

الحسين بن محمد، عن معلى بن محمد، عن جعفر بن محمد بن عبيد الله، عن محمد بن عيسى القمي، عن محمد بن سليمان، عن عبد الله بن سنان، عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام في قوله: ولقد عهدنا إلى آدم من قبل كلمات في محمد وعلي وفاطمة والحسن والحسين والأئمة عليهم السلام من ذريتهم  فنسي هكذا والله نزلت على محمد صلى الله عليه وآله

It was reported to Dawud ibn Farqad that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “If you were to read the Qur’an as it was revealed, you would find us named in it.” [Al-Burhan of Al-Bahrani, Volume 1, Page 56, Hadith 4]

محمد بن مسعود عن داود بن فرقد عمن أخبره عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: لو قرئ القرآن كما أنزل لألفيتنا فيه مسمين

Abd-ur-Rahman ibn Abi Hashim reported that Salim Abu Salamah said: “Someone was reading in the presence of Abu Abdillah (As-Sadiq), while I was hearing words from the Qur’an, which the people do not read like that. Upon this Abu Abdillah (a.) said: ,,Refrain from this reading. Read as the people are reading until the Riser (Qa’im) rises. When the Riser rises, then he will read the Book of God within its framework and bring forth the Codex (Mus’haf) that Ali (a.) wrote down.﴿” [Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, Volume 6, Page 163, Hadith 7630]

محمد بن يعقوب عن محمد بن يحيى عن محمد بن الحسين عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي هاشم عن سالم أبي سلمة قال قرأ رجل على أبي عبد الله عليه السلام وأنا أستمع حروفا من القرآن ليس على ما يقرأها الناس فقال أبو عبد الله عليه السلام كف عن هذه القراءة اقرأ كما يقرأ الناس حتى يقوم القائم فإذا قام القائم قرأ كتاب الله على حده وأخرج المصحف الذي كتبه علي عليه السلام

Ibn Muskan reported that Abu Basir said: “I asked Abu Abdillah (As-Sadiq) about the word of God: ﴾Obey God and obey the Messenger and the commanders from among you.﴿ (4:59) Whereupon he said: ﴾It has been revealed for Ali Ibn Abi Talib and Hasan and Husain (a.s.).﴿ (4:59) Then I said to him: ﴾The people are saying: ,,What is with Him? He did not name Ali and the people of his house in the Book of God.”﴿ Then he said: ﴾Say to them: “The messenger of God (s.) was revealed the prayer and God did not mention to them three or four, until the messenger of God (s.) was the one who interpreted that to them and the alms was revealed to him, but He did not tell them one silver for every forty silver, until the Messenger of God (s.) was the one who interpreted that to them and the pilgrimage was revealed to him, but He did not tell them: ,,Complete the circumambulation seven times.” Until the Messenger of God (s.) was the one who interpreted that to them and it was revealed: ,,Obey God and obey the Messenger and the commanders from among you.” (4:59) And it was revealed for Ali, Hasan and Husain (a.).﴿” [Al-Burhan of Al-Bahrani, Vol. 2, page 261, Hadith 18.]

محمد بن يعقوب عن علي بن إبراهيم، عن محمد بن عيسى، عن يونس وعلي بن محمد، عن سهل ابن زياد أبي سعيد، عن محمد بن عيسى، عن يونس، عن ابن مسكان، عن أبي بصير قال سألت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام عن قول الله عز وجل: أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمر منكم فقال: نزلت في علي بن أبي طالب والحسن والحسين عليهم السلام: فقلت له: إن الناس يقولون فما له لم يسم عليا وأهل بيته عليهم السلام في كتاب الله عز و جل قال: فقال: قولوا لهم: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله نزلت عليه الصلاة ولم يسم الله لهم ثلاثا ولا أربعا، حتى كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله هو الذي فسر ذلك لهم، ونزلت عليه الزكاة ولم يسم لهم من كل أربعين درهما درهم، حتى كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله هو الذي فسر ذلك لهم، ونزل الحج فلم يقل لهم: طوفوا أسبوعا حتى كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله هو الذي فسر ذلك لهم، ونزلت أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمر منكم ونزلت في علي والحسن والحسين

Mu’adh Ibn Muslim An-Nahawi reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “It has reached to me, that you are sitting in the mosque and you are giving clarifications [fatwa] to the people?” I said: “Yes and I would like to ask you about it before I go out. I am sitting in the mosque and someone comes to me and asks me about something. If he is known to me as your opponent, then I report to him, according to which they deal with and someone comes, who is known to me, for his affection and love for you. Then I tell him that, which has come in from you and someone comes, who is not known to me and about whom I do not know who he is. Then I say: ﴾From so-and-so such things came in and from so-and-so such things came in.﴿ So I put your word in between.” He said to me: ” Do so, for I am doing so.” [Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, Vol. 28, page 148 – 149, Hadith 36]

وعن حمدويه وإبراهيم ابني نصير. عن يعقوب بن يزيد، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن حسين بن معاذ، عن أبيه معاذ بن مسلم النحوي، عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام قال: بلغني أنك تقعد في الجامع فتفتي الناس قلت: نعم وأردت أن أسألك عن ذلك قبل أن أخرج، إني أقعد في المسجد فيجئ الرجل فيسألني عن الشئ فإذا عرفته بالخلاف لكم أخبرته بما يفعلون، ويجئ الرجل أعرفه بمودتكم وحبكم فأخبره بما جاء عنكم، ويجئ الرجل لا أعرفه ولا أدري من هو فأقول: جاء عن فلان كذا، وجاء عن فلان كذا، فادخل قولكم فيما بين ذلك فقال لي: اصنع كذا فاني كذا أصنع
