Abu Hurairah reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said:,,One does not enter into partnership with a woman in conjunction with the sister of her father and likewise one does not enter into partnership with a woman in conjunction with the sister of her mother.” [At-Tadhkirah of Al-Hilli, Volume 2, Page 638, Hadith 1]

أبو هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: لا يجمع بين المراة وعمتها ولا بين المرأة وخالتها

Ja’far As-Sadiq (a.) reported, that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: ,,Ali (a.) was brought someone, who entered into partnership with a woman in conjunction with the sister of her mother, whereupon he inflicted lashes on him and separated the two of them.” [At-Tahdhib of At-Tusi, Volume 7, Page 333, Hadith 4]

إسماعيل بن مسلم عن جعفر بن محمد عن محمد بن علي الباقر عليهما السلام قال: إن عليا عليه السلام أتي برجل تزوج امرأة على خالتها فجلده وفرق بينهما

Abu Hurairah reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,One does not enter into any union with a woman in conjunction with the sister of her father and likewise not with the paternal aunt in conjunction with the daughter of her sister and likewise not with a woman in conjunction with the sister of her mother and likewise not with the maternal aunt in conjunction with the daughter of her sister.” [At-Tadhkirah of Al-Hilli, Volume 2, page 638, Hadith 8]

Muhammad ibn Muslim reported, that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: ,,The Messenger of God (s.) only forbade to enter into partnership with a woman in conjunction with the sister of her father and the sister of her mother out of respect for the sister of the father and the sister of the mother, but if she agrees to it, then there is no problem in it.” [Al-Ilal of As-Saduq, Volume 2, Page 499, Hadith 1]

محمد بن مسلم عن محمد بن علي الباقر عليهما السلام قال: إنما نهي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله عن تزويج المرأة على عمتها وخالتها اجلالا للعمة والخالة فإذا أذنت في ذلك فلا بأس

Muhammad ibn Muslim reported, that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: ,,One does not enter into a union with the daughter of one’s sister in conjunction with her maternal aunt and one does not enter into a union with her maternal aunt in conjunction with the daughter of her sister and one does not enter into a union with the daughter of one’s brother in conjunction with her paternal aunt and one does not enter into a union with the paternal aunt in conjunction with the daughter of her brother.” [An-Nawadir of Al-Ash’ari, page 105, hadith 256]

محمد بن مسلم عن محمد بن علي الباقر عليهما السلام قال: لا تنكح ابنة الأخت على خالتها، وتنكح الخالة على ابنة أختها، ولا تنكح ابنة الأخ على عمتها، وتنكح العمة على ابنة أخيها

Muhammad ibn Muslim reported, that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: ,,One does not let the daughter of the brother and the daughter of the sister enter into partnership in conjunction with the paternal aunt and likewise not in conjunction with the maternal aunt, except with the consent of both of them and one lets the paternal aunt and the maternal aunt enter into partnership in conjunction with the daughter of the brother and the daughter of the sister without the consent of both of them.” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 5, Page 424, Hadith 1]

محمد بن مسلم عن محمد بن علي الباقر عليهما السلام قال: لا تزوج ابنة الأخ ولا ابنة الأخت على العمة ولا على الخالة إلا بإذنهما وتزوج العمة والخالة على ابنة الأخ وابنة الأخت بغير إذنهما

Malik ibn Atiyyah reported, that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: ,,One does not let a woman enter into partnership in conjunction with the sister of her mother and one lets the maternal aunt enter into partnership alongside the daughter of her sister.” [Al-Faqih of As-Saduq, Volume 3, Page 412, Hadith 4437]

مالك بن عطية عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: لا تتزوج المرأة على خالتها وتزوج الخالة على ابنة أختها

Ziyad ibn Isa reported, that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: ,,One does not enter into a union with a woman in conjunction with the sister of her father and likewise not in conjunction with the sister of her mother, except with the consent of the sister of the father and the sister of the mother.” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 5, Page 425, Hadith 2]

زياد بن عيسى عن محمد بن علي الباقر عليهما السلام قال: لا تنكح المرأة على عمتها ولا خالتها إلا بإذن العمة والخالة

Ibrahim ibn Na’im reported, that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: ,,One does not enter into union with a woman in conjunction with the sister of her father and likewise not in conjunction with the sister of her mother and likewise not in conjuction with her milk sister.” [Al-Faqih of As-Saduq, Volume 3, Page 411, Hadith 4436]

إبراهيم بن نعيم عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: لا تنكح المرأة على عمتها ولا على خالتها ولا على أختها من الرضاعة

Ali Ibn Ja’far (a.) reported about Imam Al-Kazim (a.): ,,I asked him about a woman, who is allowed to partner in conjuction with the sister of her father. He said: ﴾There is no problem in that.﴿ And he said: ﴾You allow the paternal aunt and the maternal aunt to enter into partnership in conjuction with the daughter of the brother and the daughter of the sister and you do not allow the daughter of the brother and the sister to enter into partnership in conjuction with the paternal aunt and the maternal aunt, except with the consent of the two and yet whoever did so, his union (Nikah) is void.﴿” [At-Tahdhib of At-Tusi, Volume 7, Page 333, Hadith 5]

موسى بن القاسم عن علي بن جعفر عن موسى بن جعفر الكاظم عليهما السلام قال: سألته عن امرأة تزوجت على عمتها وخالتها قال: لا بأس، وقال: تزوج العمة والخالة على ابنة الأخ وابنة الأخت، ولا تزوج بنت الأخ والأخت على العمة والخالة الا برضى منهما فمن فعل فنكاحه باطل

Ibrahim ibn Na’im reported, that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: ,,It is not permissible, to enter into partnership with a woman in conjuction with the sister of her father and likewise not with a woman in conjuction with the sister of her mother.” [Al-Istibsar of At-Tusi, Volume 3, Page 177, Hadith 3]

إبراهيم بن نعيم عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام قال: لا يحل للرجل أن يجمع بين المرأة وعمتها ولا بين المرأة وخالتها

Muhammad ibn Muslim reported, that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: ,,One does not enter into a union with the daughter of one’s brother and likewise one does not enter into a union with the daughter of one’s sister in conjuction with her paternal aunt and not in conjuction with her maternal aunt, except with the consent of both of them and one enters into a union with the paternal aunt and maternal aunt in conjuction with the daughter of one’s brother and the daughter of one’s sister without the consent of both of them.” [Al-Faqih of As-Saduq, Volume 3, Page 412, Hadith 4438]

محمد بن مسلم عن محمد بن علي الباقر عليهما السلام قال: لا تنكح ابنة الأخ ولا ابنة الأخت على عمتها ولا على خالتها إلا بإذنهما، وتنكح العمة والخالة على ابنة الأخ وابنة الأخت بغير إذنهما

Ibn Abi Aqil reported, that Ali Ibn Ja’far (a.) said: ,,I asked my brother Musa (Al-Kazim) about someone, who enters into partnership with a woman in conjuction with the sister of her father or the sister of her mother. He said: ﴾There is no problem in that, for God said: ,,Permitted to you is that, which exceeds it.﴿” (4:24) [Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, Volume 20, Page 490, Hadith 11]

ابن أبي عقيل عن علي بن جعفر عليهما السلام قال: سألت أخي موسى عليه السلام عن رجل يتزوج المرأة على عمتها أو خالتها قال: لا بأس لان الله عز وجل قال: وأحل لكم ما وراء ذلكم

Muhammad ibn Muslim reported, that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: ,,One does not enter into a union with a girl in conjunction with the sister of her father and likewise not in conjunction with the sister of her mother, except with the consent of the sister of the father and the sister of the mother and there is no problem, in entering into a union with the aunt on the paternal side and the aunt on the maternal side in conjunction with the daughter of their sisters.” [An-Nawadir of Al-Ash’ari, page 106, hadith 257]
