Muhammad ibn Isma’il reported, that Imam Ali (a.) said:,,The intellects (Aql) are the guides (Imam) of the thoughts and the thoughts are the guides of the hearts and the hearts are the guides of the senses and the senses are the guides of the limbs.” Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: ,,The heart is of importance to the body, as the leader (Imam) is of importance to the people, to whom the obedience is established (Wajib) for them.” [Mizan-ul-Hikmah of Ar-Raishahri, Volume 3 page 2035]

عن محمد بن إسماعيل عن الإمام علي عليه السلام قال: العقول أئمة الأفكار والأفكار أئمة القلوب والقلوب أئمة الحواس والحواس أئمة الأعضاء وعن الإمام الصادق عليه السلام قال: إن منزلة القلب من الجسد بمنزلة الإمام من الناس الواجب الطاعة عليهم
