Ibrahim ibn Rashid reported, that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said:,,A man does not sleep with his wife nor with his maid, while a child is in the room, since that belongs, to that which will cause fornication.” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 5, page 499 – 500, Hadith 1]

علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن القاسم بن محمد الجوهري، عن إسحاق بن إبراهيم عن ابن راشد، عن أبيه قال: سمعت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام يقول: لا يجامع الرجل امرأته ولا جاريته وفي البيت صبي فإن ذلك مما يورث الزنا

Muhammad ibn Ali reported that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,When you intend to do something, think about the consequence that will come from it. If it is good, then hasten to it, and if it is bad, then abstain from it.” [Al-Mustadrak of An-Nuri, Volume 11, Page 307, Hadith 13112]

محمّد بن علي بن عثمان الكراجكي عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: إذا هممت بأمر فتدبر عاقبته فإن كان خيرا فأسرع إليه وإن كان شرا فانته عنه

Ja’far As-Sadiq (a.) reported that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,By Him in Whose hand is my soul, if someone sleeps with his wife, while there is a child in the room, who is awake and sees both of them and hears their speech and breath, he will never reach salvation. If it is a boy, he will become a fornicator and if it is a girl, she will become a fornicator.” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 5, Page 500, Hadith 2]

علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن عبد الله بن الحسين بن زيد، عن أبيه، عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله: والذي نفسي بيده لو أن رجلا غشي امرأته وفي البيت صبي مستيقظ يراهما ويسمع كلامهما ونفسهما ما أفلح أبدا إذا كان غلاما كان زانيا أو جارية كانت زانية

Muhammad ibn Ali reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,In Islam there is neither harm nor damaging, for Islam adds good to a Muslim and it does not add bad to him.” [Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, Volume 26, Page 14, Hadith 32382]

محمد بن علي بن بابويه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: لا ضرر ولا ضرار في الإسلام فالإسلام يزيد المسلم خيرا ولا يزيده شرا

Sadir reported, that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: ,,A man does not sleep with his wife or with his maid, while a child is in the room, for that will bring about fornication in him.” [Ilal-ush-Shara’i’ of As-Saduq, Volume 2, page 502 – 502]

حدثنا محمد بن الحسن رحمه الله قال حدثنا محمد بن الحسن الصفار عن أحمد بن محمد عن أبيه عن القاسم بن محمد الجوهري عن إسحاق بن إبراهيم عن حنان بن سدير عن أبيه قال سمعت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام يقول: لا يجامع الرجل امرأته ولا جاريته وفي البيت صبي فان ذلك يورثه الزنا

Hasan Al-Askari (a.) reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,O Buraidah, how dare you, to harm the messenger of God today? I heard God say: ﴾Those who harm God and His Messenger, God has cursed them in this world and the hereafter and has prepared for them a disgraceful punishment and those, who harm the male and female believers with something they did not deserve, they have charged themselves with slander and a manifest sin.﴿” (33:57-58) [Al-Bihar of Al-Majlisi, Volume 38, Page 67, Hadith 6]

الحسن بن علي العسكري عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: يا بريدة ما لك آذيت رسول الله منذ اليوم إني سمعت الله عز وجل يقول: إن الذين يؤذون الله ورسوله لعنهم الله في الدنيا والآخرة وأعد لهم عذابا مهينا والذين يؤذون المؤمنين والمؤمنات بغير ما اكتسبوا فقد احتملوا بهتانا وإثما مبينا

Muhammad As-Sabzawari reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,Whoever harmed a believer has harmed me and whoever has harmed me has harmed God and whoever has harmed God, is cursed in the Torah, the Gospel, the Psalms and the Clear Scriptures.” And in another tradition it says: ,,He is cursed by God, the angels and all people.” [Al-Mustadrak of An-Nuri, Volume 9, Page 99, Hadith 10335]

محمد السبزواري عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: من آذى مؤمنا فقد آذاني ومن آذاني فقد آذى الله ومن آذى الله فهو ملعون في التوراة والإنجيل والزبور والفرقان وفي خبر آخر: فعليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين

Ali Ibn Yaqtin reported, about Imam Al-Kazim (a.): ,,I said to him: ﴾I was sorrowful at the supplication of Abu Abdillah (As-Sadiq) against Yaqtin and what he begat.﴿ Then he said: ﴾O Abu l-Hasan, it is not, as you think. A believer is merely like a pebble in a brick in the loin of an disbeliever. The rain comes, after which it washes the brick and the pebble is not harmed in any way.﴿” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 2, Page 13, Hadith 2]

علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن علي بن يقطين، عن أبي الحسن موسى عليه السلام قال قلت له: إني قد أشفقت من دعوة أبي عبد الله عليه السلام على يقطين وما ولد فقال: يا أبا الحسن ليس حيث تذهب إنما المؤمن في صلب الكافر بمنزلة الحصاة في اللبنة يجي المطر فيغسل اللبنة ولا يضر الحصاة شيئا

Muhammad ibn Salamah reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,The believer is the one, from whom the people themselves and their possessions are safe.” [Al-Bihar of Al-Majlisi, Volume 64, Page 309, Hadith 42]

محمد بن سلامة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: المؤمن من آمنه الناس على أنفسهم وأموالهم

Fath Ibn Yazid reported, that Imam Ar-Rida (a.) said: ,,You asked about the one, who has intercourse with a maid in the back (anal) and the woman is the doll of the man. So do not inflict any harm and she is a field as God has said.” (2:223)[Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, Volume 20, Page 144, Hadith 25257]

الفتح بن بزيد عن علي بن موسى الرضا عليه السلام قال: سألت عمن أتى جارية في دبرها والمرأة لعبة الرجل فلا تؤذي وهي حرث كما قال الله

Muhammad Al-Ukbari reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,The best of people is the one, who is of service to people and the worst of people is the one, through whom people are harmed.” [Al-Mustadrak of An-Nuri, Volume 12, page 77- 78, Hadith 13562]

محمد العكبري عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: خير الناس من انتفع به الناس وشر الناس من تأذى به الناس

Ja’far As-Sadiq (a.) reported, that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: ,,Whoever has taken a wife for himself, then let him respect her, because the wife of any of you is only a doll. Now whoever has taken her, he should not ruin her.” [Al-Bihar of Al-Majlisi, Volume 100, Page 224, Hadith 5]

عبدالله بن جعفر الحميري عن هارون عن ابن صدقة عن جعفر بن محمد عن محمد بن علي الباقر عليه السلام قال: من اتخذ امرأة فليكرمها فإنما امرأة أحدكم لعبة فمن اتخذها فلا يضيعها

Sulaiman ibn Khalid reported, that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said: ,,O Sulaiman, do you know who is a Muslim?” I said: ,,My life be sacrificed to you. You are more knowledgeable.” He said: ,,A Muslim is the one, from whose his tongue and hand the Muslims are safe.” Then he said: ,,Do you know who is a believer?” I said: ,,You are more knowledgeable.” He said: ,,A believer is the one, from whom the possessions of the Muslims and they themselves are safe and the Muslim is forbidden, to wrong a Muslim, or to abandon him, or to give him a push, that will hurt him.” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 2, Page 234, Hadith 12]

محمد بن يحيى، عن أحمد بن محمد بن عيسى، عن علي بن النعمان، عن ابن مسكان، عن سليمان بن خالد، عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال قال أبو جعفر عليه السلام: يا سليمان أتدري من المسلم قلت: جعلت فداك أنت أعلم قال: المسلم من سلم المسلمون من لسانه ويده ثم قال: وتدري من المؤمن قال: قلت: أنت أعلم قال: إن المؤمن من ائتمنه المسلمون على أموالهم وأنفسهم والمسلم حرام على المسلم أن يظلمه أو يخذله أو يدفعه دفعة تعنته

Muhammad ibn Ali reported, Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,Whoever has a wife, who causes him harm, from her God would not accept her prayer nor good from her action until she relieves him and satisfies him, even if she fasts all her life, stands in prayer, frees slaves and spends the possessions in the way of God and she will be the foremost to enter the Fire.” Then he said that the Messenger of God (s.) said: ,,And for the man there is the same burden and punishment, if he harms her and is injust to her.” [Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, Volume 20, page 163 – 164, Hadith 25315]

محمد بن علي بن بابويه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: من كان له امرأة تؤذيه لم يقبل الله صلاتها ولا حسنة من عملها حتى تعينه وترضيه وإن صامت الدهر وقامت وأعتقت الرقاب وأنفقت الأموال في سبيل الله وكانت أول من ترد النار ثم قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله: وعلى الرجل مثل ذلك الوزر والعذاب إذا كان لها مؤذيا ظالما

Ja’far As-Sadiq (a.) reported that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,The most despicable of people is the one, who would humiliate the people.” [Al-Bihar of Al-Majlisi, Volume 72, Page 142, Hadith 2]

محمد بن علي بن بابويه عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليه السلام عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: أذل الناس من أهان الناس

Muhammad ibn Abi Umair reported that Abdullah ibn Sinan said: ,,I asked Abu Abdillah (As-Sadiq) about the temporary partnership, whereupon he said: ﴾Do not pollute yourself by it.﴿” [Al-Mustadrak of An-Nuri, Volume 14, Page 455, Hadith 17268]

أحمد بن محمد بن عيسى في نوادره قال قال لي محمد بن أبي عمير عن عبد الله بن سنان، قال: سألت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام عن المتعة فقال: لا تدنس نفسك بها

Hasan Al-Askari (a.) reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,The filth of sins is more tremendous than the filth of the body.” [Al-Bihar of Al-Majlisi, Volume 93, Page 67, Hadith 40]

الحسن بن علي العسكري عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: إن وسخ الذنوب أعظم من وسخ البدن

Companions of Hasan Ibn Ali reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: ,,Do not enter into the temporary partnership with a believer, after which you humiliate her.” [Al-Wasa’il of Al-Amili, volume 21, page 26, hadith 26432]

وعنه عن الحسن بن علي عن بعض أصحابنا يرفعه إلى أبي عبد الله عليه السلام قال: لا تتمتع بالمؤمنة فتذلها

Abu Qilabah reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,Whoever humbled a believer, then God humbled him.” [Al-Bihar of Al-Majlisi, Volume 72, Page 142, Hadith 3]

محمد بن الحسن الطوسي عن أبي قلابة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: من أذل مؤمنا أذله الله

Ja’far As-Sadiq (a.) reported, that Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: ,,The permissible is clear and the forbidden is clear and in between there are uncertainties. So whoever refrained from the uncertainties, has saved himself from the forbidden and whoever went after the uncertainties, has carried out the forbidden and ruined himself without knowing it.” [Tahdhib-ul-Ahkam of At-Tusi, Volume 6, Page 302, Hadith 52]

عنه عن محمد بن عيسى عن صفوان عن داود بن الحصين عن عمر بن حنظلة عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله قال: حلال بين وحرام بين وشبهات بين ذلك فمن ترك الشبهات نجا من المحرمات ومن اخذ بالشبهات ارتكب المحرمات وهلك من حيث لا يعلمه

Some people are complaining about how immoral Sunnism would be, which teaches in large part that the Prophet married a six-year-old and then consumed the marriage at age nine. Are there scholars from the hawzah who forbid sexual contact with children altogether? Yes, there are. However, this viewpoint does not receive much popularity. There are those who claim that there is no problem in making children available for sexual acts [Here!]. It is the same with the rape of the spouse. For perverts, forced sexual intercourse is only wrong, if it takes place without a marriage. They expect respect only for their own selves. To humiliate children and spouses and to harm them for the rest of their lives is not a problem for them. One should avoid any sexual contact with a child untill it reaches puberty, as a form of precaution since harming a believer is a sin.
