Muhammad ibn Idris reported, that it was said to Imam As-Sadiq (a.):,,Someone is near to you, but he is weak in distancing himself from your enemies.” He said: ,,Far from it! That one has lied, who claimed to love us (Hubb) while he did not distance (Bara’ah) from our enemies.” [Mustatrafat-us-Sara’ir of Al-Hilli, page 640]

عن محمد بن إدريس عن جعفر بن محمد الصادق عليهما السلام أنه قيل له: ان فلانا يواليكم، إلا أنه يضعف عن البراءة من عدوكم، قال هيهات، كذب من ادعى محبتنا ولم يتبرأ من عدونا
