Abu Basir reported that Imam Al-Baqir (a.) said:,,Alcohol was always forbidden in the knowledge of God and with God and God does not send a prophet and does not send a messenger, except that He declares alcohol forbidden in His law and God did not establish a prohibition whereupon He permitted it, except for the one, who is in necessity and God never made something permissible whereupon He forbade it.” [Mustadrak-ul-Wasa’il of An-Nuri, Volume 16, Page 202, Hadith 19589]

زيد النرسي عن أبي بصير عن محمد بن علي الباقر عليه السلام قال: ما زالت الخمر في علم الله وعند الله حراما وأنه لا يبعث الله نبيا ولا يرسل رسولا إلا ويجعل في شريعته تحريم الخمر وما حرم الله حراما فأحله من بعد إلا للمضطر ولا أحل الله حلالا قط ثم حرمه

Hasan ibn Ali reported that Imam Ar-Rida (a.) said: ,,The people of the resolutions (46:35) were called so only because they were the holders of laws and resolutions and that was because until the time of Abraham (a.), every prophet who came after Noah (a.) adhered to his law and teaching and followed his scripture. Until the time of Moses (a.), every prophet sent in the time of Abraham (a.) and after him adhered to his law and teaching and followed his scripture. Until the days of Jesus (a.), every prophet in the time of Moses (a.) and after him adhered to the law of Moses (a.) and its teaching and followed its scripture. Until the time of our Prophet Muhammad (s.), every prophet in the time of Jesus (a.) and after him adhered to the law of Jesus (a.) and his teaching and followed his writing. Thus, these five are the people of resolutions and they are the best of the prophets and messengers. The law of Muhammad (s.) will not be abrogated until the Day of Resurrection and until the Day of Resurrection there is no prophet after him. Now whoever claimed to be a prophet after him or introduced a scripture after him, his blood is given free to anyone, who heard that from him.” [Al-Fusul-ul-Muhimmah of Al-Amili, Volume 1, Page 428, Hadith 587]

محمد بن علي بن بابويه عن محمد بن إبراهيم عن أحمد بن محمد عن علي بن الحسن عن الحسن بن علي عن علي بن موسى الرضا عليه السلام قال: إنما سمي أولوا العزم لأنهم كانوا أصحاب الشرائع والعزائم وذلك أن كل نبي كان بعد نوح عليه السلام كان على شريعته ومنهاجه وتابعا لكتابه إلى زمن إبراهيم الخليل وكل نبي مرسل كان في زمن إبراهيم عليه السلام وبعده، كان على شريعته ومنهاجه وتابعا لكتابه إلى زمان موسى عليه السلام وكل نبي كان في زمن موسى عليه السلام وبعده كان على شريعة موسى ومنهاجه وتابعا لكتابه إلى أيام عيسى عليه السلام وكل نبي كان في زمان عيسى وبعده كان على شريعة عيسى ومنهاجه وتابعا لكتابه إلى زمان نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وآله فهؤلاء الخمسة أولوا العزم وهم أفضل الأنبياء والرسل وشريعة محمد صلى الله عليه وآله لا تنسخ إلى يوم القيامة ولا نبي بعده إلى يوم القيامة فمن ادعى بعده نبيا أو أتى بعده بكتاب فدمه مباح لكل من سمع منه
