Temporary marriage without consent?

Question:

Is the temporary marriage valid without the consent of the woman?

Answer:
Nu’man Ibn Muhammad reported that a man asked Imam As-Sadiq (a.): “What about the temporary marriage? He said: “Explain it to me! The man said:”Someone meets a woman and says: “I will marry you for this piece of silver and two pieces of silver and for a coitus or a day or two days.”He said:“This is illegitimate intercourse, and no one does it except for an sinner.” [Da’a’im-ul-Islam of Al-Maghribi, volume 2 page 229 Hadith 859]

عن نعمان بن محمد عن الإمام الصادق عليه السلام أن رجلا سأله عن نكاح المتعة قال: صفه لي قال يلقى الرجل المرأة فيقول: أتزوجك بهذا الدرهم والدرهمين، وقعة أو يوما أو يومين قال: هذا زنا وما يفعل هذا إلا فاجر

Aban Ibn Taghlib reported that he asked Imam As-Sadiq (a.): “What do I tell her when I am alone with her?” He said: “You say: “I will marry you for a limited time according to the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Prophet (s.), without it being inheriting or bequeathing and for this and that day and if you wish, for this and that year and for this and that piece of silver”. You mention this as a bridal gift with which you both agree, be it little or much, and when she then says: “Yes, I agree.” Then she is your wife and you are the closest of all people to her. I said: “I am ashamed to mention the conditional days.” He said: “This is more harmful to you.” I said: “In what way?” He said: “If you have never stipulated it as a condition, then it is a permanent marriage and you are obliged to pay for it in the waiting period, whereby she is inheriting and you could never divorce her other than with the divorce of the Sunnah.” [Al-Kafi by Al-Kulaini, Volume 5 Page 455 Hadith 3]

علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن عمرو بن عثمان، عن إبراهيم بن الفضل، عن أبان بن تغلب، وعلي بن محمد، عن سهل بن زياد، عن إسماعيل بن مهران، ومحمد بن أسلم عن إبراهيم بن الفضل، عن أبان بن تغلب قال: قلت لأبي عبد الله عليه السلام: كيف أقول لها إذا خلوت بها؟ قال: تقول أتزوجك متعة على كتاب الله وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وآله لا وارثة ولا موروثة كذا وكذا يوما وإن شئت كذا وكذا سنة بكذا وكذا درهما وتسمى من الاجر ما تراضيتما عليه قليلا كان أم كثيرا فإذا قالت: نعم فقد رضيت فهي امرأتك وأنت أولى الناس بها، قلت: فإني أستحيي أن أذكر شرط الأيام قال: هو أضر عليك، قلت: وكيف؟ قال: إنك إن لم تشترط كان تزويج مقام ولزمتك النفقة في العدة وكانت وارثة ولم تقدر على أن تطلقها إلا طلاق السنة
