Answer:
Muhammad Ibn Al-Husain reported that Muhammad Ibn Ali said: “The Prophet Muhammad (s.) was passing by a group of women and stopped with them. Then he said: “O you women! I saw no lack of reason and religion, which keeps the reason of reasonable people away more than from you. I saw that most of you were punished by fire. So come as close as you can to God.” A woman among them said: “O Messenger of God, what is the lack of our religion and reason?” He said: “As for the lack of your religion, it is the menstruation that affects you, whereupon that one of you has her bleeding as God wills. She neither prays nor fasts. As for the lack of your reason, it is the testimony.
