Al-Amili on the prohibition of partnership with several descendants of Fatimah

Muhammad Al-Hurr Al-Amili writes:
باب حكم الجمع بين ثنتين من ولد فاطمة عليها السلام

 

Chapter: The judgment on the polygamous partnership with two female descendants of Fatimah (a.)
٢٦٢٠٦ ١ – محمد بن الحسن باسناده، عن علي بن الحسن، عن السندي بن الربيع، عن محمد بن أبي عمير، عن رجل من أصحابنا قالسمعته يقوللا يحل لاحد أن يجمع بين ثنتين من ولد فاطمة عليها السلام إن ذلك يبلغها فيشق عليها قلتيبلغها قالاي والله محمد بن علي بن الحسين في كتاب العلل عن محمد بن علي ماجيلويه عن محمد بن يحيى، عن أحمد بن محمد، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن أبان بن عثمان عن حماد قالسمعت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام يقول وذكر مثله
1/26206 Muhammad Ibn Hasan reported with his chain to Ali ibn Hasan, who reported from Sindi Ibn Rabi’, who reported from Muhammad Ibn Abi Umair, who reported from one of our companions that he said: “I heard him say (a.): “No one is allowed to enter into a polygamous partnership with two female descendants of Fatimah (a.). She will be informed of whatever grief is being caused to them.” I said: “She will be informed of this?” He (a.) said: “Yes, by God.” Muhammad Ibn Ali Ibn Husain reported in the book Al-Ilal of Muhammad Ibn Ali Majilawaih, who reported from Muhammad Ibn Yahya, who reported from Ahmad Ibn Muhammad, who reported from his father, who reported from Ibn Abi Umair, who reported from Aban Ibn Uthman, who reported from Hammad that he said: “I heard Abu Abdillah (As-Sadiq) say: “And he mentioned the same thing.” [Wasa’il-ush-Shi’ah, volume 20, page 503]
