Jasim Al-Wa’ili refutes the lie that no Shiite rejects imitation (taqlid)

Jasim Al-Wa’ili writes:

“Al-Amili, may he rest in peace, is one of those who denied the legitimacy of imitation (taqlid). Therefore, it is not right to use his position as an argument against those who believe in the legitimacy.” [Mashru’iyyat-ut taqlid, page 54]

Comment:

The scholars are the heirs of the prophets? Representatives of the Imams? Follow them? Al-Hurr Al-Amili is the author of Wasa’il-ush-Shi’ah
