Knowledge without limits?

Muhammad ibn Humran reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) was asked: “My life be sacrificed to you, you are asked about something whereupon the knowledge of it is not with you.” He said: “Sometimes this happened.” I said: “How do you go about it?” He said: “The Holy Spirit enlightens us with it.” [Basa’ir-ud-Darajat of As-Saffar, page 494, Hadith 1]

حدثنا  ابن معروف عن القاسم بن عروة عن محمد بن حمران عن بعض أصحابه قال: سألت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام فقلت: جعلت فداك تسألون عن الشيء، فلا يكون عندكم علمه فقال: ربما كان ذلك، قال: قلت كيف تصنعون قال: تتلقانا به روح القدس

حدثنا  أحمد بن محمد عن البرقي عن أبي الجهم عن أسباط عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام قال: قلت: تسألون عن الشيء، فلا يكون عندكم علمه قال: ربما كان ذلك، قلت: كيف تصنعون قال: يتلقانا به روح القدس
