Abu Al-Qasim Al-Khu’i writes: “Ibn Tawus classified traditions as authentic (Sahih), in whose chain (Musa Ibn Bakr) is found.” [Mu’jam Rijal Al-Hadith, Volume 20 page 33]
قال أبو القاسم الخوئي: إن ابن طاووس حكم بصحة رواية هو (موسى بن بكر) في سندها

Abu Al-Qasim Al-Khu’i writes:
نعم الظاهر أنه ثقة وذلك لان صفوان قد شهد بأن كتاب موسى بن بكر مما لا يختلف فيه أصحابنا
“Yes, he is obviously trustworthy (Thiqah), for already Safwan testified that the book of Musa Ibn Bakr is counted among those on whom there is no disagreement among our companions.” [Mu’jam Rijal Al-Hadith, volume 20 page 33]
أنه كثير الرواية والفقهاء يعملون برواياته 
“He narrated a great amount and the scholars of law follow his traditions.” [Mu’jam Rijal Al-Hadith, volume 20 page 33]

Hadi An-Najafi writes: “Authentic (Sahih) according to the chain of transmission.” [Mawsu’at Ahadith Ahl Al-Bait, Volume 3 Page 348 Hadith 3344]
قال الشيخ هادي النجفي: الرواية صحيحة السند
Abu Ali Al-Ha’iri writes: “In what has been recorded, there is clear evidence that he is trustworthy (Thiqah) and respected (Jalil). He has transmitted in great amount and his traditions are acceptable (Maqbul) and used for religious information (Mufta).” [Muntaha Al-Maqal Fi Ahwal Ar-Rijal, Volume 6 page 345]
قال الشيخ أبو علي الحائري: وفيما ذكر شهادة واضحة على وثاقته وجلالته وهو كثير الرواية ورواياته مقبولة مفتى بها

Muhammad Baqir Al-Majlisi writes: “Weak (Da’if), but he is authentic (Mu’tabar) and reports clearly from Imam Al-Kazim (a.).” [Mir’at-ul-Uqul, Volume 16 Page 199 Hadith 4]
قال شيخُ الإسلام المجلسيّ رحمه الله: ضعيفٌ لكنّه معتبرٌ والظّاهر أنّه رواه عنِ الكاظم عليه السّلام
Abu Al-Hasan Al-Qummi writes: “My father transmitted to me from An-Nadr Ibn Suwaid, who transmitted from Musa Ibn Bakr.” [Tafsir Al-Qummi, Volume 1 page 85]
حدثني أبي عن النضر بن سويد عن موسى بن بكر
“We mention and report what reached us and was transmitted by our scholars and trustworthy (Thiqah).” [Tafsir Al-Qummi, Volume 1 Page 4]
ونحن ذاكرون ومخبرون بما ينتهى الينا ورواه مشايخنا وثقاتنا
