Al-Amili about Al-Wasa’il

Muhammad Al-Hurr Al-Amili writes: „The mentioning of the trustworthy books, from which I have narrated the sayings of this book and about which their authors and others testified that they are authentic (Sahih), for whose trustworthiness there is indicative evidence, which have been narrated consecutively (Mutawatir) by their authors or about which it is known that they are really from them. about which there is no doubt and no uncertainty, such as their existence in the form of handwritings of the great scholars and their mentioning of it in their works and their attestation of its source has been repeated by them and that its contents agree with the consecutive narrations of the books or have been narrated individually and supported by a indicative evidence and others, those (books) are:

[1.] The book of Al-Kafi, written by the great scholar and trustworthy of Islam, Muhammad Ibn Ya’qub Al-Kulaini, may God be pleased with him,

[2] The book of Man La Yahduruh-ul-Faqih, written by the trusted and true leader of the surrendering scholars, Muhammad Ibn Ali Ibn al-Husayn Ibn Babawaih (As-Saduq), may God be pleased with him,

[3] the book of At-Tahdhib, written by the trusted and great scholar and the head of the church, Muhammad Ibn Al-Hasan At-Tusi, may God be pleased with him,

[4.] the book Al-Istibsar, which he wrote as well,

[5.] the book Uyun-ul-Akhbar, which was also written by Muhammad Ibn Ali Ibn al-Husayn Ibn Babawaih As-Saduq,

[6.] his book Ma’ani Al-Akhbar,

[7] his book Ikmal-ud-Din Wa Itmam-un-Ni’mah,

[8] his book Al-Amali, which is also called Al-Majalis,

[9] his book Al-Khisal,

[10] his book Thawab-ul-A’mal,

[11] his book Iqab-ul-A’mal,

[12] his book At-Tawhid,

[13] his book Ilal-ush-Shara’i Wa Al-Ahkam,

[14] his book Sifat-ush-Shi’ah,

[15.] his book Fadl-ush-Shi’ah,

[16] his book Al-Ikhwan, leaving out the chains of most of the lore of the edition that reached us and it may even go back to his father Ali Ibn Babawaih,

[17.] his book Al-Muqni ‘,

[18.] the book Al-Majali’s Wa Al-Akhbar, which is also by the scholar (At-Tusi),

[19.] The book of Al-Amali, written by his father, the trusted and great scholar, Abu Ali Al-Hasan Ibn Muhammad Ibn Al-Hasan At-Tusi, may God be pleased with him and also called Al-Majalis .

[20.] The book of Al-Mahasin, written by the trusted and great scholar, Ahmad Ibn Abi Abdullah Muhammad Ibn Khalid Al-Barqi, and that which reached us from Al-Mahasin, is the book Al-Qara’in Book Thawab-ul-A’mal, the book Iqab-ul-A’mal, the book As-Safwah Wa An-Nur Wa Ar-Rahman, the book Masabih-uz-Zulm, the book Al-Ilal, the book As -Safar, the book Al-Ma’kal, the book Al-Ma ‘, the book Al-Manafi’ and the book Al-Marafiq, but the remaining books of Al-Mahasin did not reach us,

[21] the book Basa’ir-ud-Darajat by the trustworthy and true scholar, Muhammad Ibn Al-Hasan As-Saffar, which consists of two editions: the larger and the smaller,

[22.] the book of Mukhtasar-ul-Basa’ir by the trustworthy and great scholar, Sa’d Ibn Abdillah, chosen by the excellent scholar Al-Hasan Ibn Sulaiman Ibn Khalid, disciple of Ash-Shahid,

[23.] the set of rules Al-Muhkam Wa Al-Mutashabih of the prophetic descendant Al-Murtada, of which everything was transmitted from Tafsir An-Nu’mani,
