Ibn Hajar classifies Iyas Ibn Dubaih as authentic:

“Abu Mariam Al-Hanafi Al-Qadi, whose name is Iyas Ibn Dubaih, is accepted (Maqbul).” [Taqrib-ut-Tahdhib, page 672 number 8360]

Who Ibn Hajar has classified as unknown was Qais Al-Mada’ini:

“Abu Mariam Ath-Thaqafi, whose name is Qais Al-Mada’ini, is unknown (Majhul).” [Taqrib-ut-Tahdhib, page 672 number 8359]

Ahmad Ibn Hanbal announces Qais as the Iyas accepted by Ibn Hajar:
