Warsh is missing words

Words are missing in the Qur’an of Warsh, but they are present in the Qur’an of Hafs, which can be seen in the example of the 24th verse in chapter 57.

In the version by Hafs it says:

وَاللَّـهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍ فَخُورٍ الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ ۗ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّـهَ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ

“God does not love every proud boaster and those who are miserly and command men to be miserly and those who turn away, for God, He (Huwa) is the needless, the praiseworthy one.”
In the version of Warsh it says:

وَاللَّـهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍ فَخُورٍ الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ ۗ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّـهَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ

“God does not love every proud boaster and those who are miserly and command men to be miserly and those who turn away, for God (…) is the needless, the praiseworthy.”

Comment:

According to Warsh, no Gabriel (a.) ever descended from heaven reciting the word “huwa” (هو). The followers of Umar, however, excuse this shortcoming as “reading” (قراءة) and praise Warsh in the highest tones.
